As our Strategy Director, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping industry-leading digital experiences, platforms, and activations.

We’re looking for a digital native who seamlessly blends brand creative strategy with user experience insights, demonstrated through a strong portfolio of relevant work. You should feel at home crafting smart, concise briefs, building inspiring strategy decks, and presenting them with confidence to clients and internal teams.

In this role, you’ll take a lead in strategy development—both hands-on and in an oversight capacity—across new business opportunities and active projects. Your mission will be to connect business, brand, and user needs to spark innovative ideas and impactful executions in the creative technology space.

Your passion for what’s possible at the intersection of creativity and technology will position you as a champion of innovation. By collaborating with cross-disciplinary leaders and identifying the big ideas that drive real impact, you will ensure our strategies translate into best-in-class work. And, your experience in nurturing talent will help grow our team’s skills and capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the strategy leader for assigned projects and new business opportunities, from pitch to delivery, in both hands-on and oversight capacity. Hold the highest bar for strategic excellence in our work product.

  • Partner with clients and key agency stakeholders to define and prioritize business challenges, goals and target audience needs. Facilitate discussions, workshops, and collaborative brainstorms to gather client perspective and ensure buy-in. Confidently present strategy deliverables to clients.

  • Develop clear, concise and compelling strategy briefs to inspire our teams to deliver their very best work — ideas and experiences that are uniquely creative, purposefully innovative, and truly valuable to their audiences.

  • In partnership with our production team and other discipline leaders, define the scope and overall approach to strategy development for projects / client engagements.

  • Alongside other discipline leaders, evaluate the team's work to ensure we are successfully delivering on the identified strategy and maximizing the potential of the opportunity. Share constructive feedback, pushes, and plus-ups.

  • Manage our Senior UX Strategist — whose role is primarily centered around digital platform engagements, including research, site architecture, and content strategy — leading with both inspiration and accountability to ensure we do our best work and foster professional growth.

  • Hire and manage right-fit freelancers or full-time strategy resources to meet project or agency growth needs.

  • Establish and continually optimize processes and tools that support the strategy team’s work.

  • Identify emerging trends and innovations in business, culture, digital marketing, and user experience, connecting those to our work and strategy discipline in relevant ways

  • Contribute as a thought leader for the agency, both broadly and as it relates to specific work. Assist in the development of agency marketing new business and marketing materials.

Joining our team, you’ll find yourself amongst a talented, driven group of about 30 colleagues who inspire each other every day. We integrate strategy, creative, technology, and production to deliver the world’s best digital experiences. Our clients know us as a committed partner who creates category-defining work. Our team knows it’s possible because of the incredible culture we’ve built.
